Our Approach
For all of our smoke ventilation systems React 4 Group can provide a full turnkey solution from Design to Installation and Commissioning.
Our in House Design Team will produce a full set of GA Drawings, Schematics and Details based upon the latest architect drawings. Client is to provide a full set of architects drawings, fire strategy report and specification, from there React 4 Group will do the rest!
Once the Design has been approved by the Authority having Jurisdiction, our experienced projects team will lead the installation on site coordinating with the Builder, M&E Contractor, Fire Alarm specialist and any other trade in completing the installation.
On completion of the installation and once mains power is available the system will be tested and commissioned. A full pack of commissioning documentation will be provided along with a detailed Operation and Maintenance Manual.
